The Game Fair 2023
The Game Fair returns to Ragley Hall, Warwickshire for another spectacular show.
Established in 1958, the Game Fair is an annual gathering for people passionate about the Great British Countryside in all its glory. Celebrating British field sports and country life, the Game Fair boasts a comprehensive itinery for the whole family, from gundog handling to clay shooting as well as a host of tempting food, drink and shopping stalls.
The ZooBells glampsite is the perfect base for your weekend stay with parking right next to your tent* and you can even bring your four-legged friend! We are just a short walk (or hop on the tractor trailer) from the event arena. Choose your level of luxury from an empty Classic Tent or a Traditional tent with some glamping essentials. Or why not treat yourself to a Luxury tent with everything you need for a perfect night’s sleep.
Onsite facilities (provided by the Game Fair) include showers, toilets, water points and rubbish stations along with onsite catering and a shop.
Check in is available from 2pm on Wednesday 26th July 2023
Check out is prior to 12 noon on Monday 30th July 2023
* Additional parking is available but may be in an adjacent field.
* Electric hook-up is available to all structures at an additional cost – simply choose this as an optional extra at the time of booking.
Can I bring my dog?
Your dog can come with you to The Game Fair, however please be respectful of our tents and their contents as well as other guests staying on site.
Do you supply parking onsite?
Yes there is parking available next to your tent for one car and additional parking can be arranged in an adjacent field.
Can we camp near our friends if we have purchased a Bell Tent?
If your friends have purchased a Bell Tent with us as well then yes we can place you next to each other if you let us know! Please email [email protected] with both parties booking details to request this.
How far away from the main arena is the glampsite?
Our site is within walking distance (uphill) to the live action however, you can also hop on the tractor trailer that does regular pickups throughout the day.
Can we book electric hook-ups in our tent?
Electric hook-up to your tent can be purchased as an optional extra. At the time of booking please select this in the optional extras prior to checkout.
What is your refund policy?
You can request a refund up to 30 days prior to the start of the event.
Can we bring a gazebo to the glampsite?
Unfortunately the Game Fair prohibits all gazebos and temporary structures from glamping and camping sites.
Are we allowed BBQ's onsite?
Unfortunately no disposable BBQ’s are permitted onsite.
Do you offer a deposit scheme?
We do not offer a deposit scheme. All tents must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Do you provide extra bedding if we are cold during the night?
For packages that come with bedding we provide a duvet and throw per bed and a pillow per person. If you think you will be cold we recommend that you bring additional bedding.
