Glasto 2017 Sundown Sevens in the city Sportfest Nozstock Reload Ramblin Man Fair

FAQ

Anywhere in the UK. All we need is a minimum order, depending on how far you are from our humble HQ in Wiltshire. If you’re within 30 miles, you’ll need to order at least 10 bell tents. And if you’re over 30 miles away, you’ll need to order at least 20 bell tents.

It depends on the event and what kind of package you order, but generally speaking:

Classic: Empty bell tent with sewn-in groundsheet.
Traditional: Blow up beds, LED lights, bedside tables, entrance mats and, sometimes, Egyptian cotton duvets and pillows (hmmm).
Luxury: Blow up beds or real mattresses, Egyptian cotton duvets and pillows, blankets, LED lights, bedside tables, entrance mats.

Yes, at some events. If our sister company ZooLoos is there, luxury loos and showers will be provided. Often the event will have its own loos, too. If you would like your own private en-suite bathroom, please call 01258 840233 and we’ll see what we can do.

Unfortunately not, as it’s not fair on other guests who have paid for a private and secluded area. All guests will receive an exclusive ZooBells wristband. Our crew have the right to refuse entry to anyone who doesn’t have one.

At festivals we’re in a fenced area and often have a 24-hour reception with 24-hour radio contact with the event’s security staff. We can’t 100% guarantee this fully secures your bell tent, but it’s definitely much more secure than the general camping areas. Please note there aren’t any locks on the tents and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Not normally, but if you book directly for your own event we can arrange this.

We often provide a mobile charging unit or communal power points. Try not to leave your phone while it’s charging, just in case.

At some events, we bring our Powder Room, featuring a pamper room with large mirrors, stools, and all the hair necessities.

Yes. All our bell tents are water resistant, because they have thick and durable groundsheets sewn into the sides to prevent any leaks.

Please check the specific event details.

You can book online and pay using your credit or debit card or PayPal. If you’d like to use another method, please give us a call on 01258 840233.

No, you need to book your festival ticket separately first.

If you choose email as your delivery method, you’ll receive an e-ticket that you simply print and exchange for a wristband at the event. If you choose mobile as your delivery method, you’ll receive a text confirming your booking which you show the reception team when you arrive at the event.

Unfortunately, our bell tents get booked up quickly (especially over summer), so it’s first come, first served, and you need to pay upfront to secure your booking.

Please see our terms and conditions.

Yes, of course (we’re not the fun police), but please make sure you stick to the event’s rules.

Unfortunately, no open fires due to health and safety, but small camp stoves are fine. In any case, it’s always worth checking the event’s rules.
